Borići
Favorite excursion place for the people from Sjenica is the resort Borići, placed 1, 5 kilometers away from Sjenica, surrounded by coniferous forest. There is located the hotel Bor surrounded by conifers and pastures, on the bank of a small artificial lake. The Hotel Bor offers comfortable accommodation, local specialties. In winter, ski slope with a 300 meters long ski lift are available for the guests.
Babinjača
Babinjača is a winter resort with a ski lift and courts, prepared for winter sports. Apart from the alpine skiing path, there are paths for cross-country skiing, for which the Pester plateau is particularly suitable, due to its altitude and climate.
Camp on the Sjenica lake
A few kilometers away from Sjenica, on the bank of the Sjenica Lake, there is a camp where the nature lovers from all over Serbia spend their summer. Its greatest attraction is in completely natural environment without any excess traces of civilization. Birds chirping and jumping slash of a fish from the lake are the only sounds you can hear in the silence of primeval, untouched nature. The camp is located in the heart of the Special Reserve "Uvac", a few kilometers upstream from the colony of griffon vulture. Many fishermen camp here, occasional visitors take a rest, and sometimes the regattas and fishing competitions are held there. The camp is a place where tourists start driving trips along the Uvac Lake.
Jankov kamen/ Odvraćenica
To the Odvraćenica resort on Golija Mountain, under the highest peak of the mountain – Jankov kamen, you can come from the city of Novi Pazar by asphalted road of 32 kilometers or by slightly shorter macadam road from Sjenica. Tourist centre "Odvraćenica" has a hotel with 100 beds in rooms and apartments. For those who prefer to walk, there is a Path of Health, as well as a clearly marked macadam road 8, 6 kilometers long which extends from the hotel to Jankov kamen, being the highest peak of Golija.

The Camp Markova Ravan on the Sjenica Lake every year visit 2-3 thousand of tourists because of its position from which the griffon vulture, the ice cave, a saddle and the Maiden’s rock can be seen.
